Super friendly staff, lovely indoor pool. Rooms were clean and AC was appreciated! A little on the pricey side, but it is to be expected during the high season. Okay breakfast (a choice of fruits would be great), but a the solid highchair was really appreciated!

I recommend finding a better place to stay.Easily one of the worst places I've stayed. Walls are paper thin so you can hear every step someone takes, so you can imagine how loud it is when children are running around above and beside your room at 10pm. I can also hear a woman having a very heated conversation with someone. With walls this thin there should be a strict quiet period after 10pm because I'm sure there are many people trying to rest up for hours of driving the next day. This place is extremely dated. The pillows are ridiculous. Our toilet seat is disgusting; it is SO old that it's worn and nasty, a perfect environment for bacteria. I don't understand why such highly priced rooms aren't updated. Surely some money can go towards soundproofing and changing toilet seats.Currently wide awake because someone is letting a herd of children slam doors and run up and down the hall. Again, I highly recommend speeding by this place and finding better accommodations.

Nice stay, bed comfortable, staff friendly. When traveling with kids the room had plenty of space, room was clean the air conditioner was very loud. Pool was an added bonus. Pool was a decent size, clean, maintained well and not overly chlorinated. Breakfast was average, very basic. More options for fresh fruit would be nice, they only had bananas. Eggs just scrambled and only served ham that day. Overall a decent stay stay for the price.

Some good and bad here. The continental breakfast was great. For some reason our room didn't smell great. It wasn't awful either but there was some sort of smell to it. We had a second room which was fine between the six of us. There are no elevators for the floors just in case you have accessibility issues.

Personally think I paid too much for what I got here. Nearly $170/night and the room was very mediocre. The rooms were clean for the most part, but they certainly weren't worth what I paid. The free breakfast included was pretty small and the dining room felt cramped. Something good to mention though, the customer service here was amazing. They answered any questions I had and helped me with any problems very thoroughly.
