Tried this Hotel this time while travelling through to Newfoundland. Was very please with the service and accommodations. Will go back again. Price was excellent, forgot my swimwear but next time maybe we will take advantage of the indoor pool, whirlpool and gym.Breakfast was included!Easy in off the highway. Close to gas and services to get back on the highway to carry on.
We had a great experience at the Best Western Plus in Edmundston. It is one of the newer hotels in the town. Decor in the room was fresh and modern. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Martha in the kitchen was extremely helpful and went above and beyond for us more than once. Breakfast was good and free, csnt beat that!! We also had a lovely view from our room and everything was easy and hassle free. Would definitely stay again.
Nice clean hotel with friendly staff. After a long drive the bar/ lounge was a welcome respite at 5 p.m. The Happy Hour was a pleasant surprise. Comfy bed and large room meant a good night's rest. The place is right off the highway so easy access in the morning. The breakfast room is too small for the hotel and food items were slow to be replenished. More breakfast room staff needed at busy times but they were all friendly.
Very wonderful Hotel with awesome caring excellent staff. This hotel is very beautiful inside and out even the rooms are very well decorated and appealing. The pool area is very awesome with a pool a kids pool and a whirlpool. Had a very great stay.
Very happy with our stay here! The location was easy to access and the spaces were comfortable and extremely well-kept. My kids loved the pool and the waterslide, which was particularly helpful after a long day in the car! We were also extremely impressed by the selection and quality of the breakfast. We will definitely be returning the next time we pass through this area.
