The 7-day Tour East Bus trip that I'm traveling on stopped here; we have 50 tourists in our group.It's a meal stop so only a quickie review. The $325 meal plan includes 6 lunches and 6 dinners of which this restaurant is one of the venues.The last time I was at this Edmundston restaurant was 2 years ago.Prepare for great buffet items. I focused on the shelled shrimps, sushi, and won ton soup but sampled most items. Delicious!Server staff were friendly, quick to provide drinks and remove plates when done. An all-round great lunch experience.
The place looks humble on the inside and outside but the food is very good. The selection of food is decent. The taste is very good. Even the vegetable dishes are very delicious. The ribs and the sweet and sour pork/chicken are a must-try. For dessert Ill recommend the little cups of caramel with cherry sauce on top, very yummy. The little baked potato halves are so delicious. They are covered with melted cheese and bacon bits. They have congee really nicely cooked, served with fried dough. There are a few types of sushi but they are excellent. Even the cooked cold shrimps are extremely fresh ! The staff are very friendly and helpful. They go extra mile to help us.
Staff was friendly, place clean. Food was not good. Meat was tough and odd tasting, chicken balls were both overdone and yet uncooked. The celery and pickled beets were the highlight of my visit.
Good food at reasonable price. Variety of Chinese dishes orange chicken general tap chicken spring roll ect, fresh salad and fruits. Clams and shrimp are also pretty good. Convenient to hwy access. Clean and comfortable seating.
Great food, reasonable prices. For the most part the food was excellent as always, the exception being the roast beef. It wasn't cooked properly and had to be sent back to the kitchen. First time something hasn't been 5* here. Still well worth a visit if you're in town.
