Super Campground friendly helpful staff clean private campsites and any amenity one could ask for. Would love to come here as a stopover on our way to and from the East Coast. Be sure and reserved ahead of time if you want to stay here.
We pulled in late and were happy to have a place to sleep but it was tiny camp spot. washrooms weren't great. Not to impressed.
Beautiful, well-run, Provincial campground. No water hookups, but a dump station is available. We had a 30 amp connection for our RV, in a pull-through site. The sites are spacious in a gorgeous wooded setting, and the washrooms are kept amazingly clean, with good water pressure and plenty of hot water for showers. It is right off of Route 2, so there is a little road noise, but it's really not bad. With your windows closed, you don't hear it. And with windows open or outside, you don't really think about it unless you concentrate on it. There are lots of large open green spaces. A lot of people let their dogs run off leash, but I think that was against the rules. There were plenty of places to walk our dogs. The price was reasonable, at $31/night in mid-September, for the 30 amp hookup pull-through site. There is a senior discount of about $3, but we forgot to ask for it.
The cleanest restrooms and showers I've ever seen!! Very friendly staff, large sites and great amenities!
