Good general insurance broker
Absolute GarbageI had house insurance for two homes. I had been insured for over three years on one of the when suddenly, the broker informs me that I cannot be insured anymore, due to my house having a crawl space. She told me that I had one month to cancel.I called other insurance companies and was honest about the reason why I was being cancelled but no one believed me. My broker told me that I had to cancel otherwise I would be cancelled and would become "uninsurable" and high risk but if I cancelled myself there would be no problem.So I canceled and it's been hell to find affordable insurance since.I called the company to inquire about the crawl space issue but no one would answer me, redirecting my calls back to the broker. My broker argues that it's the company that should answer me. I can't get a straight answer on what happened and no one seems to care.Avoid yourself the headache and avoid this place at all cost.
